saturdays ......

this morning I really wanted to stay snuggled up in the bed.. it was cold and damp outside... but when duty calls ... you know the "have to's",  and this morning was one of those... I was up and out by 7 a.m....
The first stop was the DMV... un-fun!!  hurry up and wait... and that is exactly what happened..

the line started before the office had opened.

after the un-fun DMV we decided to stop for coffee

 

 

 

coffee and the paper....Yea!! for the gas prices.. in Atlanta the gas prices have dropped to $1.89 ... pretty exciting... then to the grocery to restock. 

 

while waiting on the laundry to finish .........

 

 

 

I am planning a small super bowl party for next weekend.. (even if the packers didn't make it) .. this house loves FOOTBALL..  & NASCAR .. 

I have been scoping out some great recipes in the "The Meatball Shop Cookbook". 

this is a great recipe book for family gatherings, or super bowl parties... everything I have made from this book has been a huge hit with everyone... the sauces and cookies are also amazing...

well, that is a Saturday update from the little brown house so I am off to finish the weekend list of errands, the sun if finally shining.. enjoy your weekend.
